Indications
The gonadotrophin releasing hormone (GNRH) stimulation test is used to investigate possible gonadotrophin deficiency, and to investigate precocious and delayed puberty
Comments/Precautions
Please refer to local trust guidelines for DFT protocols. This test may be performed alongside other dynamic function tests. Please ensure all timings are clearly labelled on every sample.

Lithium heparin (green top) samples for LH and FSH. Refer to local DFT protocol for timings
