Indications

C1q initiates the classical complement pathway. Deficiency is rare but may present with SLE, recurrent bacterial infections, glomerulonephritis and a low CH50. C1Q levels should be measured in acquired angioedema. Anti C1q antibodies are associated with Lupus Nephritis and Urticarial Vasculitis. Referred outside of EPA
