Please highlight any risk factors for ACDP level 3 Pathogens if aware (commonly Brucella/Diphtheria, full list available on https://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/misc208.pdf). This test may be sent away to the reference laboratory for confirmatory testing or further sensitivity testing
